Abk48 Terms and Conditions — What you need to know before becoming a member

1 General Introduction & Applicability

Abk48 (referred to in this document as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online gaming service. By using the abk48 website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, abk48 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will stand.
• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) — ensuring fair and tamper-free results.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, abk48's server logs shall be considered the final authority.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abk48 platform:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Collusion — attempting to win unfairly by coordinating with other players.
• Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or stealing another user's credentials.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or facilitating illegal financial transactions.
• Running fraudulent operations using the abk48 name or logo.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

Abk48 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.

10 Liability Limitations

Abk48 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays may occur due to third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.

Abk48's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the user's total deposits over the preceding 30 days.

11 Account Closure & Termination

Abk48 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
